How to Order

1. Via online secure credit card payment area (see below for advice on doing this).
2. Via bank transfer by downloading the publication order form and returning it to us by email ()

To order publications online

1. Fill in quantity of any title you wish to purchase (you do not have to commit to buying it at this stage).
2. Fill in your delivery (invoice) address and submit your order to REHVA - the result of submit will be displayed on the page and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the list of publications.
3. If you want to pay via your credit card, go to the secure payment area - click the button "Continue to check out >"
4. You will see following information: "Order reference", "Total charge" (price of publications + shipping fee), "Beneficiary: REHVA" and "Card holder's name". Please fill in your "Card number", "Expiry date", "Card verification code" and click the button "Yes, I confirm my order" - the result of your payment will be displayed on the page and you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail.

Postage Costs and Delivery Times

• For delivery to EU countries and to the rest of the world: 10% of total order value with a minimum of 10 EUR. Orders will be dispatched by airmail or courier within 5-7 days, subject to the availability of stock.
• For large quantities: with a total order value higher than 1000 EUR, please contact REHVA office, Publications Sales Department ().
