The European Commission has begun the review of the Green Public Procurement (GPP) criteria for office buildings. This process will run until the end of 2022 with the objective to replace the current GPP criteria for office buildings that were published in May 2016 (SWD(2016) 180 final).

The revision can be seen within the context of the the Renovation Wave objectives to stimulate the renovation of public buildings and it will aim to build upon the Level(s) framework for sustainable buildings. 

REHVA will continue to follow the revision and provide a more detailed analysis in our Expert Area once the consultation round begins later this year.
