The project nick-named APASCUE-EC and conducted over a period of two years, aims to study and propose global strategies, tools and guidelines to promote efficient and cost effective implementation of advanced passive and active solar cooling systems and techniques for the European cities.
To this end, it combines and adapts scientific and technological knowledge with best engineering and architectural practice. It is the first time that such an integrated and global study on new and advanced solar cooling techniques is initiated in Europe.
