How to stimulate funding for energy efficient renovations in the EU’s regions? Which models of private funding or innovative partnerships have been successful in triggering investment for renovation programmes? How must the Operational Programmes be structured in order to unlock the potential of the EU building stock through EU funding?
Renovate Europe will also be contributing to the Open Days Exhibition ‘100 EUrban Solutions’ by showcasing best practice examples of renovation programmes from across the EU.
The key objective of the Renovate Europe Campaign is to reduce the energy demand of the existing EU build-ing stock by 80% by 2050 through extensive renovation programmes - an ambitious but achievable target given the technologies available.
