During their presence in Huzhou, the REHVA delegation signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the China Association of HVAC (CAHVAC), marking a significant step forward in EU-China cooperation within the HVAC sector. This partnership, originally established in 2011, aims to build on the existing collaboration and address critical industry challenges on a global scale. "New bricks were added to the EU-China cooperation," announced Catalin Lungu, REHVA President.
The primary objective of the agreement is to deepen the partnership between REHVA and CAHVAC through coordinated actions. Both organizations hope to effectively tackle the major issues affecting the HVAC industry, such as the rapid evolution of climate conditions and technological advancements. The MoU will facilitate mutual information exchange, fostering a more unified approach to addressing global challenges.
This renewed commitment reflects the growing importance of international cooperation in the HVAC industry, as both Europe and China recognize the need for coordinated efforts to tackle the pressing challenges of the 21st century.
