REHVA is happy to share that SERG has joined the REHVA Family as a new Supporter!

The Sustainable Energy Research Group (SERG) operates within Frederick University and the Frederick Research Center in Cyprus, with research activities focused on building physics, energy performance of buildings, indoor environmental quality, smart readiness of buildings, life cycle assessment, and the integration of renewable energy technologies in the built environment, while applying quality and environmental management systems certified under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015; SERG participates in national and European research projects on energy-efficient buildings, cost-optimal renovation, smart building performance assessment, building automation and control, indoor air quality monitoring, and digital tools for sustainability assessment, including work on Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) implementation, BIM-based life cycle assessment, circular renovation, and building performance certification; the group collaborates with REHVA in European research projects and supports REHVA’s technical and training activities through scientific input and expert support; Euphyia Tech is a spin-off of SERG that develops digital tools for sustainability and smartness assessment of the built environment.
