The final of the Healthy Building Design Competition took place yesterday, during CLIMA World Congress. 

After the insightful presentations, the jury members of the competition had the though job of ranking the three teams. 

We are happy to announce that the team Mindful Retrofitters, is going home with the title of Winner of the HBDC25! 

The team Mindful Retrofitters is composed of four passionate students in the built environment at Delft University of Technology, coming from Mexico, Romania, India and France. Their interests range from passive, circular design strategies to smart systems balancing energy and resource consumption, as well as material innovations and community empowerment. The blend of this wide variety of interests resulted in a unique approach, which integrates users’ well-being and learning into each aspect of the technical renovation.
