REHVA welcomes a new member of the Brussels Team: Fatima Ahmed, Publications, Marketing & Communication Officer.
As a master’s graduate in International relations with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media, Fatima graduated in 2014 from University of Coventry in England, UK. Following her background upon graduation, Fatima has worked and volunteered within communications and events management for various non-profitable organisations in the UK such as The Overseas Development Institute (ODI) in which she was involved in the organisation and promotion of a large-scale interactive UN event promoting sustainable development goals. Fatima then moved on to work for The Climate Smart Agricultural Youth Network in which she oversaw coordinating online communications. She has gained both strategic logistical and communications skills by supporting and coordinating various types of communications and promotional strategies. As a British National, she is fluent in English, Tigrinya, and is currently learning French.
