REHVA Newsletter September 2025

On September 23, global leaders have come together at the United Nations Headquarters, New York, for “Healthy Indoor Air: A Global Call to Action.”

REHVA President, Livio Mazzarella, met with all partners in New York to co-sign EVIA's Manifesto. The Manifesto was co-sponsored by France and Montenegro and supported by 60+ partners.

The objective was to bring indoor air quality (IAQ) to the center of the global public health agenda and to launch and sign the Global Pledge for Healthy Indoor Air (the first declaration recognizing clean indoor air as a fundamental right).

EVIA’s IAQ Manifesto: “Good Indoor Air Quality Must Become a Basic Human Right”

"Indoor air quality is of critical significance and deserves the elevated political attention it merits at the European level."

EVIA has been a REHVA Supporters for many years, and we are honored to be working towards the same goals.
