REHVA Annual Meeting 2023

The REHVA  Annual Meeting will take place at the REHVA HQ, in Brussels, Belgium, from 11 till 12 May 2023. Read more for the agenda, and for logitics (hotel and transportations tips).

Please note that these meetings will only be face-to-face (no hybrid possibility). This event is for REHVA Members only or under invitation.

DAY ONE

On Thursday 11 May, REHVA standing committee will meet to share the results from 2022 and plan the activities for 2023. See the agenda above for more details.

The annual REHVA Student Competition will take place from 13:30 until 17:30. Students from all around Europe will come present their work to the jury members. The winner of this competition will be invited to the World HVAC Student competition, taking place in Tampa, Florida this year. This event is sponsored by Eurovent Certita Certification. 

The day will end with the traditionalREHVA Gala and Awards Dinner. This year, the ceremony will take place at the Royal Library of Belgium - this event is accessible under invitation only. The cocktail will start at 18h30 at the Péristyle followed by the diner in the Galerie. 

DAY TWO 

On Friday, the morning will start with the Member Associations Plenary Meeting (9:00 - 10:30) and will be followed with the General Assembly (11:00-13:00). All participants are invited for a lunch from 13:00 till 14:30 after the meetings.
