Recording Sustainable Energy Day 2023 Professional associations enhancing renovation skills
- When: 07 Jun 2023
In 2023, the EU is implementing policy measures to drive the clean energy transition in the building sector. The Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), Renewable Energy Directive (RED), and Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) are key elements of the 'fit for 55' package. The focus now shifts to effectively implementing and monitoring these policies, while addressing skills challenges in the building sector. This session brings together policymakers and stakeholders to coordinate efforts, including addressing financing, education, and training for skilled professionals. The webinar was organized by BUILD UP in collaboration with REHVA, EBC, GCP Europe, Renovate Europe, and EuropeOn, with insights to be shared in the REHVA Journal.
