Recording of the QUEST Webinar that took place on 4 March 2021.   • 'Welcome and Introduction' by Dr. Stefan Plesser (Managing Director at synavision GmbH):

Project coordinator Dr. Stefan Plesser introduced the project objectives and the importance of integrating quality management services to decarbonise Europe's efficiently.

  • 'EU Taxonomy for the mutual and cooperative insurance sector' by Sarah Goddard (Secretary General at AMICE)

Sarah Goddard went deeper into the policy context of the EU Taxonomy and how it will impact the mutual and cooperative insurance sector.

  • 'EU Taxonomy in building projects' by Alexander Kaae Petersson (Project Manager at Sweco Facilities Management)

Alexander Petersson went deeper into the impacted sectors by the Taxonomy and how investors in building projects can start aniticipting to it.

  • 'The QUEST Predictive Valuation Tool' by Cormac Ryan (General Manager at COPILOT Building Commission Certification)

In the final part of the webinar the draft version of the QUEST-Tool was presented by Cormac Ryan and how it can help investors decide what kind of investments are needed to make buildings sustainable and have a profitable return.
