The European Commission (EC) opened a consultation on the “Renovation Wave” initiative, a high priority of the “Next generation EU” Recovery plan, seeking input from all involved stakeholders and individual citizens. The EC will use the survey results to draft the Renovation Wave Plan that is supposed to be presented in autumn 2020 and will aim at doubling the annual building energy renovation rate in Europe.
