Danfoss expands family of valve blocks
Danfoss presents new ICF valves in sizes DN 50 to DN 65 for industrial cooling systems. The Flexline ™ ICF valve blocks family combines freedom of configuration and minimum number of welds in a compact and strong box. The block valves ICF has only a specification, but with multiple configurations. The common valve body can receive various interchangeable function modules, all with treatment against corrosion. Thus, the application of replacement valve blocks substituting the conventional options provides flexibility in installation, and reduces the risk of leakage, maintenance costs and downtime. So far, FlexlineTM ICF line covered dimensions between DN 15 and DN 25, valid for most cooling systems. With the expansion of the ICF family, Danfoss expands in scale and capabilities to handle applications that are needed larger components.

The reason behind this improvement in efficiency is GreenTech EC motor and the propeller HyBlade® technology produced in one piece.
Heatcraft part of the expansion in the Industrial Park Ceratti
The Heatcraft Brazil and Advanced Thermal Systems in Brazil (ATS Brazil) are the companies responsible for the cooling design, supply and installation of equipment in the expansion of the industrial park of Ceratti, located in Vinhedo (SP). The project had an investment of R $ 4.3 million for an area of about 13,000 m². Heatcraft Brazil was responsible for the refrigeration equipment, as multicompressors, remote condensers, condensing units, evaporators and control and supervision system, and ATS Brazil responsible for the provision of preventive maintenance services and technical assistance of equipment from the start of operations of each phase.
There were in total 04 (four) expansion phases in the existing installation, all performed by ATS Brazil, and in operation since 2003. With refrigerated space of about 13,000 square meters, the project is expected to produce 60 tons of chilled products per day, corresponding to a value of R $ 1.6 million products daily turnover. According to the company, the variety of processes and Ceratti products required a design of multiple temperatures, because the development of a highly efficient design with various operating regimes allowed to adopt different solutions for each environment, including cooling (0ºC ), air conditioning (+ 10 ° C) and frozen (-20 ° C).
