We are now on the home straight for the adoption of the Smart Readiness Indicator.

The EU legal acts for the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) for buildings are expected to be adopted this September, entering into force the first months of 2021, when opt-in Member States will enter the phase of national testing (or direct implementation). The proposal for the technical design and implementation of the SRI will be based on the 2nd SRI technical support study, in which REHVA has among other chaired the activities of the SRI Topical Group C (in-use smart building performance).
