REHVA President Catalin LUNGU introduced the project during the ISHRAE and REHVA seminar on "Engineering toward Net Zero".

SmartLivingEPC project aims to deliver a certificate that will be issued with the use of digitized tools and retrieve the necessary assessment information for the building shell a​nd building systems from BIM literacy. The new certification scheme will be a valid contribution to the EU target of zero emissions in buildings by 2030.
