REHVA is welcoming two new colleagues in the EU Project Team: Pablo Carnero Melero and Carlota Perez- Bouzada .

Carlota recently finished her Erasmus Mundus Joint master’s degree in European Politics, studying in three universities around Europe. This experience deepened her interest in the EU institutions and the policy-making process, but especially pushed her interest in the green transition and in the energy sector. She had the chance to work on EU Interreg projects focusing on carbon emission reduction and recently did an internship at FEDARENE focusing on energy projects. She is excited to join the REHVA team as EU Project & Communication Officer.

Pablo has been working on EU-funded project management and proposal writing for more than 4 years. In parallel, he has been a lecturer in the field of energy efficient renovation of buildings and energy poverty. He has recently joined REHVA in the position of Technical and EU Project Officer in the pursue to decarbonise, digitalise and enhance the sustainability of the built environment. Pablo is an energy engineer, MEng. Energy and Sustainable Development, and a PhD candidate in next-generation Energy Performance in Buildings Assessment and Certification Schemes.
