On 13 July CINEA - the newly formed European Climate, Infrastructure and Environmental Executive Agency - has opened the first call for proposals for the LIFE Programme in 2021! More than € 580 million will go towards its 4 sub-programmes: nature & biodiversity, circular economy and quality of life, climate change adaptation, and the clean energy transition.
The previous Horizon 2020 Energy Efficiency has partly moved to the LIFE's Clean Energy Transition sub-programme that will now fund the project related to the market uptake of energy efficiency activities (the research and innovation actions have moved to the new Horizon Europe programme).
